Craft village at the Hampshire Country Fair - 2010

The Craft Village is a complete craft show within the frame work of the main event

At our Country Fairs " Crafts " have always been present as a Craft Marquee, this year its all change, we are moving to the village concept that has worked so well with other specialist areas such as the Falconry Village and the Fishing Village.

A trial run of the Craft Village was made at Sandringham Game and Country Show 2008 it was well recieved by you the show visitor.

The entrance to the Craft Village was directly off the main show arena. There was two demonstration features (glassblowing and the Wessex Guild of Blacksmiths) in the centre they were surrounded by four Craft Marquees of nationally selected Artists, Designers and Craftsman and the rural crafts demonstration marquee.
